Return policy and limited guarantee against defects

Satisfaction Guaranteed (Return / Exchange Policy)

If at any time you find a defect of any kind on merchandise you have purchased from cheapjordanhighheels.net or if you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please send a brief email describing the defect and we will send a replacement item, free of charge and arrange for the return of the defective item or wrong item. If you receive the wrong item, please tell us what you received including item #, size & color. No additional shipping will be charged for replacing defective items or if the received item was incorrect.

Most items purchased from cheapjordanhighheels.net may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date order is shipped. Returned / Exchanged merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.

Items that have been washed, worn, altered, smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke. Over seven (7) days have passed from receiving your RMA #.We do not accept returns for bra sizes above 38 bandwidth or DD cup. Costumes and Clearance items are not returnable. Custom made items

Return / Exchange Procedure:

Inspect your order promptly!

You MUST email us within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order to initiate your return.

We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), and an address where to return your item(s).

Please package your item(s) back into the original packaging with a note stating:

Address

Phone Number

Method of original payment

Reason for return / exchange

RMA number written on the outside of the package

We MUST receive your merchandise along with the RMA number written on the outside of the package within seven business (7) days from the date of receiving the RMA #. Unauthorized returns, returns without a RMA #, or returns that are received later than seven business (7) days after the RMA # was issued are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return shipping charges for the returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you insure your return package with the postal service or ship returns back UPS or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or packages arriving damaged during shipping.

Exchanges

For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. However, if you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, there is no charge to ship the item back to you. if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.

Holiday Return Policy

We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.

Once we have processed a refund back to your card it may take several days for the credit to show up on your account. Usually about 72 hours.

All customer refused shipments will result in a 15% restocking fee. Packages returned to our warehouse as undeliverable may be re-shipped for an additional shipping and handling charge.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall cheapjordanhighheels.net or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PROCESSING TIME

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note,Air Jordan 3.5 women, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from our Distribution Warehouses. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock,Jordan Women Shoes, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
